Is your AT user ID your email?

Your Member ID is the unique name you chose when you registered for AT service. It is the same as your email address. You can find your Member ID on your phone bill, in the Internet section.

Use Forgot User ID/Password link If you do not remember your AT online account management User ID, try our Forgot User ID/Password? link found on the Sign In page. Select the User ID option, enter your main telephone number, select the Continue button, and then follow the instructions to retrieve your User ID.

3. Enter your email address and password.
4. Get your authentication security code. If you have more than one phone number on your account, choose which number should get your code.
5. Enter the code and click Submit to sign in.
