If you want the best of the best you’re going to have to pay a little more than the average. A professional high-quality skateboard will cost you around $160 for a full setup. That’s a lot of money but you get the best wheels, bearings, trucks, and an awesome graphic printed at the bottom of the skateboard deck.

Can my penny board get wet?
Just keep in mind, getting the bearings wet is never good for them. To prolong their life, we recommend taking the board apart first. Quick tip: Check out the Penny Care section of our website for info on how to remove/change components on your board!
Can I wash my penny board?
A mild, environmentally friendly soap will be plenty strong enough. Use your fingers to scrub dirt or grime from each of the wheels, one at a time. After scrubbing with soapy water, rinse them with clean water to remove soap residue and dry each wheel with a cloth or clean paper towel. Do not use an antibacterial soap.
What is the best size skateboard for a 12 year old?
Skaters that are 13+ or wear an adult shoe size of 8+, should be able to handle a full-sized skateboard (7.5″ or wider). We offer mid-sized skateboards (7.25 – 7.375″) for kids 9-12 years old, mini skateboards (6.75 – 7.25″) for kids 6-8 years old, and even micro skateboards (6.5 – 6.75″) for kids under 5 years old.
