How do I know when my Anker portable charger is charged?

- The four LEDs indicate the charging progress. Once the power bank is fully charged, all four LEDs will shut off.

Why is my Anker charger not working?
Ensure the outlet you’re connected to is working. If possible, try connecting another device to that outlet to see if it works. If your portable PowerCore charger is not charging quickly, try using another wall charger. A two-amp charger will fully recharge your device over 12 hours.
What does the green light mean on Anker power bank?

A: The green light stands for trickle charging mode. This means that you can plug in a low-power device and our charger won’t stop charging it (usually it will turn off in this situation because the power being asked for is so low)
How long does it take for Anker portable charger to charge?
Charging takes approximately 10 hours with a 2 amp charger and up to 20 hours with a 1 amp charger.

Why is my portable charger not charging my phone?
Try charging with a different power cable – If the connections are adequate and the power bank is still not charging then there is a possibility that the power cable is bad. Some power cables can be of poor quality, which can have a direct effect on the charging rate.
What do the lights on my power bank mean?
On one of the sides of the power bank, you will see multiple LED lights that indicate the actual battery remaining in your portable charger. One by one, these lights will turn off as the battery on your power bank goes down.
Why does my Anker take so long to charge?
The charging cable you are using may be too long or of poor quality, resulting in charging taking longer. It is recommended that you use the charging cable that comes with the power bank for charging.
How long does the Anker portable charger last?
Assuming you keep it in a cool, non-hot, non-cold situation, I suggest 1% -2% a month loss. Some losses are temporary, some losses are permanent. If you are interested in lowering the permanent loss then store it partially charged, in the 50% region, then fully charge it before depending on the full charge.
