How hard is the NPLQ assessment?
The course is physically demanding and will include swimming to set times, lifting casualties and diving to the deepest part of the swimming pool. Training and assessment for the NPLQ are in three sections, and candidates must successfully pass all to attain the qualification.

What happens if I fail my NPLQ?

Does NPLQ expire?
RLSS UK and IQL UK qualifications listed below in section 1, due to expire between 1 January 2021 and 31 May 2021 have been extended, and now expire on 31 May 2021. An extension has been approved by the regulators and applies to NPLQ, NPSQ, AED and Anaphylaxis.
